For me, these times have been uncertain, and I am sure that that sentiment is echoed by countless others. Whilst I am fortunate enough to be able to stay safe at home, there is a certain sense of a 'fear of the unknown' which worries me about the future, a sense of not knowing how to cope.
The words of Desmond Tutu were one of my sources of inspiration: "Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness."
These extremely turbulent times are filled with immense pain, great loss and deep sorrow, which we cannot - and should not - simply push aside.
However, that darkness should not eclipse the adaptability and resolve that our generation has shown.
The way I see it, we are patiently paving the way for the light of hope to shine tomorrow.
