The skull has a strong intentional tabular oblique cranial deformity, according to the first interpretation. The individual has the most notable deformity in this entire collection. In front we see a character with a reptile headdress. His face is asymmetrical with the right side not being equal to the left side. It is similar to the Zapotec deity related to water who is the god named Cocijo. Another character with a very complex dress is carrying elements for a trip and delves into the jaws of an alligator. The image also represents a cave or passage to reach the underworld. Finally, after passing through the underworld this character returns wearing a headdress and a dress with elements of the water deity.
