The olive harvest

Olive cultivation and the production and consumption of olive oil have a great tradition on the island of Mallorca. Traditionally, the olive oil produced in Mallorca has been recognized and appreciated both by the inhabitants of the island and by the citizens of the areas with which commercial relations have historically been maintained, especially with the south of France.
