Inside the payload processing facility at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, the shipping container for NOAA-N Prime is lifted. NOAA-N Prime is the latest polar-orbiting operational environmental weather satellite developed by NASA for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
