"This invention is a new industrial product whose
unique characteristics and specific benefits allow it to replace the crinoline, the bustle,
and other similar items intended to increase the fullness of ladies'
dresses. It is a standalone, modern frame that can be made of metal,
plant materials, or other substances offering sufficient flexibility and
strength. It is made up of horizontal circles decreasing in size from
the bottom of the dress up to the waist and connected by vertical panels that
descend from the belt."
