Behind the Cosmonaut Hotel crew quarters in Baikonur, Kazakhstan, the prime and backup crewmembers for the Expedition 31/32 increments on the International Space Station pose for pictures May 10, 2012 during a break from training for the upcoming launch of the Soyuz TMA-04M spacecraft to the orbital complex. From left to right are prime Flight Engineer Sergei Revin, prime Soyuz Commander Gennady Padalka, prime Flight Engineer Joe Acaba of NASA, backup Flight Engineer Evgeny Tarelkin, backup Soyuz Commander Oleg Novitskiy and backup Flight Engineer Kevin Ford of NASA. Acaba, Padalka and Revin will launch on May 15 from Baikonur to begin a four-month mission on the station.
