For Chung Shun-Wen, creation is both a kind of record and a way to preserve memories. She still remembers the colors decorating her grandmother’s silhouette, long after she had passed away. Fuzzy yet familiar from memory, these patterns intertwine her grandmother and mother with her, their stories weaving into her quilt of life, so vivid, kind, and warm.
