The Project Team of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews

The Project Team for the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, appointed by the Board of the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute, is formally constituted. The Committee Members are Dr. Grażyna Pawlak from the Association of the JHI – responsible for project development, Jeshajahu Weinberg – chair, Jerzy Halbersztadt – responsible for program issues, Professor Israel Gutman – responsible for the historical program, Professor Feliks Tych and Dr. Eleonora Bergman of the Jewish Historical Institute, Jacek Nowakowski of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington – as program consultants, Yechiam Halevy – multimedia consultant, Marjorie Federbush – consultant for cooperation with the United States. The purpose of the Committee was to develop the Museum’s program, advise, cooperate with organizations abroad, and manage the execution of the project.
