The STS-127 crew poses for a group portrait following their arrival at the Shuttle Landing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. From left are Mission Specialists Tim Kopra, Tom Marshburn, Christopher Cassidy, and Julie Payette of the Canadian Space Agency; Commander Mark Polansky; Pilot Doug Hurley; and Mission Specialist Dave Wolf. The crew arrived from Houston aboard the Shuttle Training Aircraft in the background to get ready for launch on space shuttle Endeavour on June 13.

The STS-127 mission is the final of three flights dedicated to the assembly of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's Kibo laboratory complex on the International Space Station. Endeavour will deliver the Japanese Experiment Module's Exposed Facility, or JEM-EF, and the Experiment Logistics Module-Exposed Section, or ELM-ES, to the space station on STS-127.
