The Vanishing Surface

Jen Ta-Hsien welds together iron strips in order to launch an interwoven game of lines and points. The shapes are not of real objects but of the artist’s . Moreover, these “surface-less” objects call on viewers to make use of their own experience and imagination, depicting virtual objects in their own minds.
