'Theatre Piece' is a playful and humorous ballet. The ballet shows a kind of history of ballet since 1910. Seven famous choreographers – Isadora Duncan, Mary Wigman, George Balanchine, Anthony Tudor, Alwin Nicolai, Martha Graham, and Merce Cunningham – are being imitated in a way that even people who are not familiar with these choreographers, are able to enjoy the ballet.
