It includes extension of the accesses to the following urban areas: Bilbao, Santander, Oviedo, León, Madrid, Seville, Jerez de la Frontera, Eibar, San Sebastián, Zaragoza, Gerona, Barcelona, Castellón, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, Orihuela, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and las Palmas.
