Bull de tonyina is dried, salted tuna innards. It is a traditional dish on the Catalan coast, and is found between the south of the province of Barcelona and Tarragona, and even in the Balearic Islands. One of the most commonly made dishes is a stew known as estofado. It is served hot and eaten straight after cooking, and eaten slowly.
