Tuwo Masara dough wrapped in a small cellophane bag, and Corn Flour. The corn flour is made from corn grains, which is ground in a grinding mill. The machine grinds it into flour then it is seived to take out the seed coat and for a smoother corn flour. The corn flour is cooked in boiling water, and kneaded in the same pot into a stiff dough. The resulting meal is called Tuwo Masara, which is portioned into small cellophane bags for each serving.
