Caio Reisewitz' body of work intends to establish a relation between the construction of real and artificial registering of the photography. He is graduated in Fine Arts by the Kunstakademie Mainz (Germany) and post-graduated in Visual Poetics and Master Degree by the Universidade de São Paulo. Among the main projects, the artist has participated in the LARA - Latin American Roamin Artist (2013, Bogota, Colombia), Somerset House (2012, London), Sesc Belenzinho (2011, São Paulo); CCBB Rio de Janeiro (2010, Brazil); Fundación RAC Pontevedra (2009, Spain); Projeto Parede MAM (2009, São Paulo); Centro Urbano Antonio Nariño (2006, Colombia); represented Brazil with the Project Reforma Agrária, at the Casa América em Madrid, during the Photoespaña (2006, Spain); participated in the 26ª Bienal Internacional de São Paulo (2004, Brazil); 51ª Biennale di Venezia (2005, Italy); V Biennale de Liége (2006, France); I Bienal del Fin del Mundo (2007, Argentina) and Nanjin Biennale (2010, China). He has also joined important projects such as the Centro Huarte de Arte Contemporaneo (2012, Spain); MUSAC – Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Castilla e León (2010, Spain); Instituto Moreira Salles, Rio de Janeiro (2010, Brazil); Martin-Gropius-Bau, em Berlin (2008, Germany); Musée Malraux (2007, France); NBK – Neuer Berliner Kunstverein, Berlin (2006, Germany); Ella Fontanals-Cisneros Collection, Miami (2005, USA), etc.
