Understanding biodiversity better in Guinea

Guinea has suffered a devastating loss of habitat. In 1992, the country was in crisis – 96% of the country's original forest had been cleared. Our Spatial Analysis team gathered satellite imagery that helped map threatened habitats, then prepared a species composition chart and a list of threatened species.
