UNICORN

“UNICORN” is an installation on the theme of crisis, created by Dimora OZ, a laboratory of visual, performing and multimedia arts, a transdisciplinary space animated by numerous residents from Palermo. Dimora OZ is an art factory that addresses contemporary issues, creating productions, events and workshops, with a particular attention to relational dynamics of collaboration and participation.The crisis does not exist, unicorns do not exist. Unicorns exist and the crisis exists. The crisis doesn’t exist but unicorns do. Every political and cultural system, arrived at the maximum of its expression or the limit of its function, collapses on itself, producing crisis, evolution and creativity. The dinosaurs are extinct, men are in trouble; living beings in spite of everything, live, produce, go on, like unicorns.
