This work is part of the Love Me 2 Times series. This body of work questions the nature of love and memory.
Is it a misunderstood? Loving two times. Isn’t it also a misunderstood when you lose someone close to you? An emotional misunderstood. When words and gestures were to say and do.

Alexandre Almeida was born in Lisbon in 1969. He studied photography at the Academia de Artes & Tecnologias and Video Post-Production at Restart.In 1994 he began working at O Independente, where he remained until 2004 and has the last years edited the culture and leisure supplements. Simultaneously we have developed several works as a freelancer. He has published in various national and international publications: L'Express, Libération, The Guardian, Courrier International, Grande Reportagem, Up, Visão, Única and Pública. His work has embarked on a documentary character way and experienced alternative multimedia. At the same time it was developing activity in training. Having been coordinator and trainer in two Master Class - for Between Margins Festival - and simultaneously collaborated with the IPF in training. He has exhibited in solo and group shows, including being part of various projects of Kameraphoto, of which he was a founding member. These stand out "State of Affairs" and "Um Diário da República". Mais recentemente passou a integrar o grupo de fotógrafos representados pela Dear Sir - Agência de Fotografia de Autor. Has planted a tree, he edited a book and has two daughters.
