Corals, jellyfish and sea anemones are all members of the phylum Cnidaria.  They are grouped together because they all use specialised stinging cells to capture prey. Gosse wrote a book on these wonderful animals titled Actinologia Britannica a History of the British Sea Anemones and Corals.  This chalk drawing depicts five anemones and a stalked jellyfish.
