Crausaz lives and works in Nîmes where she attended the Beaux-Arts de Nîmes school of art in 1986. Her inspiration in painting draws from Vincent Bioulès, Alain Clément and Claude Viallat among others. She has developed her work in engraving with the recent acquisition of a copper plate press. In addition to exhibiting her work, she also teaches art in local schools and colleges.
