In an attempt to include the wider student community and emerging practioners into the Khoj network and to provide a forum for experimentation and interaction with the larger artistic community, Khoj launched an artist-residency program for students from different art colleges in India. Peers 2003 is the first of its kind in India consisting of 5 artists from art institutions across India. The Peers artists-in-residence for the year 2003 were Bhuvanesh Gowda, Om Soorya, N Bidyut Singha, Omsoorya, Rakhi Peswani, Sheeba Sharma.
