Triángulo Dorado were prolific from 2007 to 2013 when the three members of the group separated to work on different project. Their striking murals incorporated striking figurative element, calligraphy and geometric forms and were recognisable through their palette of golds, blacks and regal colours.
Triángulo Dorado were in many ways representative of a new generation of street artists and muralists, who lacked a background in graffiti, stencil art or activism, but shared a formal training in fine art.
