Urakvang Temple is located in a wooded area near Talish village of Tartar region. It is an Albanian Christian monastery complex dating back to the 13th century. According to some sources, the monastery is known to be built in the 5th century and according to other sources it was built in the 7th century. It was restored and built in 1279. At present, it remains in ruins. The area where the monastery is located is under the occupation of the Armenian Armed Forces.
