Museo d'Arte Orientale
Torino, Italy

This small vase is an example of the elaborate production developed in the Eastern Iranian world. The vase has an elegant kufic character inscription – incomplete probably due to a restoration intervention – which bears, in its final part, a wish “In the name of God (for the) Blessing of its owner”.
