Many others like David Mitchell, who would not break the Nuremberg laws, will spend years in jail because they can- not cooperate with the draft. Some, like Captain Howard Levy and the Fort Hood Three, Dennis Mora, David Samas and James Johnson have faced military court martials and are serving 3 and 5 year sentences at hard labor in order to say: "We, the young men of a great and powerful republic, will not go 12,000 miles from home to destroy the people and lands of a tiny country."
