This drawing shows the view from the Barbizon Plaza Hotel, where Frida and Diego stayed during their time in New York. Through the window, we see the landscape and some of the city's buildings. On the inside, a shelf, the radiator and some of the artist's belongings are depicted. This drawing was a gift for Dolores del Río, the Mexican actressand a friend of the couple.
