ISS028-E-017393 (17 July 2011) --- This is one of a series of photographs recorded from the International Space Station showing the docked space shuttle Atlantis' port side wing backdropped against the blackness of space. At the bottom of the frame can be seen airglow over Earth, intermingled with auroral activity.
A solar wing connected to the station and part of the Orbiter Boom Sensor System are on the left side of the frame.
