This is a clear example of the diversity and coexistence of different types of vineyard landscaping forms. In the background, note the large terraces built after the phylloxera outbreak. This system implied fewer walls, which are wider and taller than the former ledges, and enabled the plantation of 20 to 30 rows of vines. In the foreground, note the distinct shape of the land, in terraces. The vine is planted in horizontal and narrow platforms that follow the contours of the land.
