The warrior-shaped vase represent a character of the virύ-gallinazo élite, a group inhabiting the Northern Coast of Peru in a previous and partially contemporary period with Moche culture. The figure holds a conical-ended club and a shiled and it is depicted with a clothes covered with metal plathes. The coffee-grain eyes, the beaked nose and the face sawn by an asymmetrical engraved decoration make its traits similar to another vase found at the Tomaval site.
