A brass plaque mounted on wood in memory of two charter members of the Boulder Creek, California Woman's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU): Emma L. Dool and Nellie K. Perkins. In July 1940, a fountain was dedicated in front of the WCTU building in Boulder Creek in memory of the these two charter members. It is likely that this plaque was associated with this fountain and the dedication.
