This ceremonial flag was used in the first-level (largest) and second-level processions. As one of the Five Large Flags, it was also used as a military flag to direct the division of the East, and the division of the Left. A blue dragon and five-colored cloud designs are painted on blue background, and the red edges of the flag symbolize flames.
