The award was presented by the Florida Space Business Roundtable. The dinner kicked off the annual Space Congress, held April 28-May 1, 2003, in Cape Canaveral, Fla. The theme for the event was “Linking the Past to the Future: A Celebration of Space” and commemorated the 40th anniversary of the Kennedy Space Center and the Centennial of Flight.
