Artist Biography: 1943 Born in Gudiyatam, Tamil Nadu. 1966 Graduated with a diploma from the Government College of Arts & Crafts, Madras. 1977-78 Post graduate work at Croydon College of Design and Technology on a British Council Scholarship. 1985 National Award, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi. 2016 Passes away in Chennai.
