Composition in black tones, red ochre, blue and white. Contour lines, dotted and colored areas. Composition representing several studies of women crying and feet spread over the support. In the center of the area of ​​the composition, backs woman, kneeling, with the upper body leaning forward and holding in his arms dead child, who has fallen head on the right. More to the right and on a larger scale, another study backs woman, kneeling; this one does not see the dead child. They see themselves and the soles of the feet, which are enhanced by including points in red. Also in this region of the support, more down, isolated study on the right foot sole and outline of another foot, seeing mainly the toes. In the top half of the support, two scratchings, the on the left suggesting squalid child bust and probably dead.
