Women’s Blue and White Striped Jacquard Satin Jacket with Hem Featuring Bat Patterns Front

The highlight of this jacket lies in the continuous bat-shaped patterns, a symbol of fortune in Chinese culture based on the same pronunciation between bats and fortune in Chinese, created by a single narrow satin strip on the black-ground hem. These motifs covering all the hems of this jacket form such a long line that they seem to stretch endlessly. In order to do so, the craftsman had considered the logical arrangement of pattern structures and also made special designs to create round corners without creases, ending up with a neat and smooth silhouette.
