Wooden pole made from any tree called "Muketa". It is firmly fixed into a hole in the ground, the wire put through a hole in the draw plate. Started off by grinding the end thinner on a stone and the wire coiled round the stake. The wire is drawn through successively smaller holes. The wire was mostly used for chain making.
