Wooden Elephant statuette

Within one wooden object, the maker of this rare piece has scripted the history of the wood he has used, the elephant as a great animal, and the importance of literacy. Master craftsman Mahavir Prasad was asked to write down his thoughts and the story of this particular elephant.
