An ingenious concertinaed side pocket allows this small workbag to increase in capacity as necessary. If the internal silk drawstring bag becomes full with needlework it will push against the pocket, which then expands. Brown leather complements a gold metal frame engraved with a scrolling floral design. The original scissors, ivory thread winder and cotton and wool threads are enclosed within.
