In the Space Station Processing Facility, workers watch while an overhead crane lowers the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module Raffaello onto a weight and balance stand (foreground). Raffaello is the second MPLM built by the Italian Space Agency, and serves as a reusable logistics carrier and primary delivery system used to resupply and return station cargo requiring a pressurized environment. Weighing nearly 4.5 tons, the Raffaello measures 21 feet long and 15 feet in diameter. The MPLM will fly on mission STS-100, scheduled to launch aboard Space Shuttle Endeavour on April 19
