WWI Memorial Competition

The memorial column 60 foot tall is clad and lime stone from the Oise district in France. Each step to tier represents different military divisions at the time of World War I. A bronze plaque on each wall of the delta form will convey the purpose and dedication of the memorial. The column will be set on a plinth. The centerline of the access will be oriented towards Paris.
