The maximum body length is 13.1 cm of male, and 11.7 cm of female . This female specimen is close to the maximum size. It has two subspecies, one with the same name is found in Malaysia (Sabah, Cameron Highlands and Sarawak), and the other Lunicollis is located in Indonesia (Maluku Islands and Sumatra).
