Ingredients: 80g yellow croaker, 30g pickled vegetables, 5ml light soy sauce 5g, 2ml Maggi sauce, 0.5g sugar, 0.5g ground pepper, 5ml wine, 1g salt
Method:
1. Finely chop pickled vegetables and lightly sauté.
2. Marinate fish with wine, salt, and pepper.
3. Fry fish to cook then arrange on plate and garnish with sautéed vegetables.
