Helmet

Ornamental helmet from the main gate of Jaume I barrack. Its shape evokes the medieval helmet said of James I -one of whose originals is preserved at the Royal Armoury in Madrid-, which also embellishes other access points of the railings of Ciutadella park designed by Antoni Gaudí some years before the Universal Exhibition of 1888.
