This is an unlacquered Fuxi (the medicine originator)-style Qin with a brownish yellow body. "Baina" means that the Qin is made of so many pieces. This one is made of cut Tongmu wood and bamboo and wood pieces. It is inlaid with thirteen round shells and has seven strings; the seven Zhens are made of teeth and bones; the head part of the bottom is engraved with two regular characters "Yin Feng", and the left sideis engraved with inscriptions "Tiexia".
