Moscow, 5 July 2007, Her Majesty wore this ensemble at a dinner and exhibition of SUPPORT products at the Grand Kremlin Palace commemorating the 110th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Russia. Queen Sirikit revived beetle-wing embroidery in Thailand through the SUPPORT training center at Chitralada Palace. The iridescent wings are collected in northeastern Thailand, and only from beetles that die naturally.
