When viewers approach closer to a seemingly ordinary bamboo railing, they find that peepholes are set up within the railing, through which they can see kaleidoscopes.
Even seeing the same landscape, everyone’s perception is different. Rather than seeing neutrally, the eyes select a landscape that matches with the mind. In this work it reveals a contradiction. Peeping through the holes to see the whole world, but what they really look at are themselves.
