Qin Ming used to be an imperial general serving in Qingzhou. His ancestral home is in Kaizhou. He is nicknamed "Fiery Thunderbolt" because of his almost barbaric temper and his thunderous voice. He is peerless in the use of his wolf-toothed mace. Qin Ming is one of Liangshan's Five Tiger Generals. Finally, he is killed by enemy Fang Jie during the campaign against the rebel leader Fang La.
