Noh mask Hannya

This is an unusual spirit mask with horns, glaring golden eyes, and fangs. The mask is worn by an innate female demon as well as by a woman incarnated as a demon because of her obsessive, passionate love. Delicately disheveled black hair on the forehead makes the mask look more grisly.
