The noedo, which colored in black, thus symbolizing heaven, is a set of three small drums on a long pole. It is decorated with a dragon head on top. When played with a twisting motion, the fine leather straps hit the six drumheads and make sounds. It is arranged for sacrificial rituals offered specially to the heavenly gods.
