조선시대 왕실 여성의 대란(大襴)치마에 금박을 찍을 때 사용하던 목판이다. 사각형 목판의 위아래 가장자리에 두 줄의 선문양을 양각하고 그 안에 '수천만세(壽千萬歲)', 복숭아 · 석류 · 국화 · 모란 등의 과실과 꽃문양, 보병(寶甁)등의 보배문양을 배치하였다. 목판 뒤쪽에 '긔묘계동 대란금판대쇼삼개' 라는 묵서가 있다.
